- Assist in creating SQL scripts for altering data in customer databases
- Handle technical problems that have escalated beyond the first two tiers of support
- Analyze database data, technical logs, AWS consoles, dashboards, and source code to track down the root causes of software and system problems
- Participate in the software product deployment process
- Help create scripts for data mining log files and databases to produce statistics and usage data to be used in dashboards and reporting
- Use available tools to analyze customer behavior to identify weak or vulnerably areas of the software
